I had a wonderful stay at the Saladin Boutique Hotel, enjoying its proximity to Masjid Al-Aqsa and the vibrant markets of the Old City. The modern and neat rooms offered great comfort, though I did notice that the cleaning could have been improved. Overall, I appreciated the friendly staff who were eager to assist whenever needed, making my experience quite pleasant.

While the hotel is still building a restaurant on the roof, the area is full of nearby dining options, so I never felt lacking for places to eat.

The lack of a lift was somewhat challenging due to the hotel being three stories tall, especially for older guests.

My stay at the Saladin Boutique Hotel was a unique experience filled with both highlights and a few drawbacks. The location was truly really good, just steps from the old city and close to Masjid Al-Aqsa. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, but I did encounter some issues with the water temperature and pressure during my shower. The friendly staff made my visit enjoyable, but I did notice the hotel is still working out some minor kinks being a new hotel.

The hotel is brand new and well-maintained, but it would be beneficial to have a lift, particularly for older guests. Currently, there's no restaurant, but construction is underway for one on the rooftop, which I look forward to experiencing.

The hospitality from the staff was fantastic, making my experience even better. However, I did find the wifi connection a bit inconsistent, which may be a general issue in Jerusalem rather than specific to the hotel.
